The Healthcare Industry Cybersecurity Practices (HICP) document from Health and Human Services (HHS) has been updated for 2023 to enable healthcare organizations to prioritize resources and focus on the most pressing threats, and mitigations, to the healthcare sector. Covering the top five threats, and the top ten cybersecurity best practices, the document is split into 2 technical volumes highlighting in volume one, the best practices for small healthcare organizations, and in volume two, best practices for medium to large organizations. In this document we will combine the best practices for all organizations into a single document.
